I am going to be revisiting / revamping the Schools4Autism blog that has been dormant for awhile due to life intruding on blogging. If you know of a good autism school in your area or you have such a school not found below, drop me an email or comment please.  The Schools4Autism blog is an offshoot of this (the list) old and long since abandoned page.  The List page gets a ton of web traffic even though it hasn’t had any TLC / updating in a very long time.

Health Insurance Cluster F@*%: Confusion Reigns!

A study released this week showed that 67% of Americans were “confused about health care reform”.  I must admit that I am one of the ignorant masses on this topic and I have tried to keep up. At some point in the last few weeks, I have found myself agreeing with both sides of this discussion and feeling misled by politicians of all stripes.  The insurance companies have to be loving life.  Confusion reigns supreme.

150 Strollers in Central Park

Very creative representation of the 1 in 150 kids diagnosed with Autism.  This stunt was staged in New York’s Central Park yesterday to raise awareness on Autism World Awareness Day (AWAD).  I see that the 80% divorce rate stat makes an appearance in this article.
