Outback Steakhouse Gluten Free Menu

I was pleasantly surprised recently when I found out that the Outback Steakhouse has a Gluten-free menu. We ate at one last week in Memphis, TN.
The hostess who greeted us at the door was clueless about the GF menu, but we pressed on. The waiter had heard of it and told us he would go dig one up. I suspect he went and printed it from here.
